Place the support on the shoulder, making sure the reinforcement band is aligned along the top/edge of the shoulder.
Pull the long strap across the back, under the arm, then across the chest.
Pass the strap through the buckle, back across the chest and fasten.
Tuck the top inner flap around the biceps.
Pull the bottom flap under and over the arm, then secure and fasten the top and bottom straps.
Once all the fasteners are secured, position the comfort pad (across long strap) as desired.
